What photo should I send?

A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible. Avoid blurry photos or ones taken from far away.

Can I see the portrait before it's printed?

Always. We email you a preview and only print once you approve it.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes, you can request tweaks to the preview before approving it.

Do you do portraits with several pets?

Contact us before ordering and we'll tell you what's possible.

Can I return a product?

Since every item is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges, except for defective or damaged items, which we replace.

How are the portraits made?

Our portraits are created from your photo using digital tools, including artificial intelligence, and checked before being sent to you.
