Where we ship

We ship to all 27 European Union countries, Canada and the United States. We don’t ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway yet.

Timing

• Portrait preview: emailed within 48 business hours of your order.
• Production: 2 to 5 business days after you approve the preview.
• Delivery: 3 to 8 business days depending on the country.

These are estimates, not guarantees: delays can happen during busy periods (holiday season) or because of the carrier.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping: CA$9.95, about US$7 or €6. Shipping is free on orders from CA$79, about US$57 or €49. The exact amount is shown before payment, in your currency.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with its tracking number.

Customs

Each order is made at our partner’s facility closest to you (North America or Europe), which usually avoids any customs fees. If import duties or taxes were charged by your country’s authorities, they would be payable by the recipient.

Delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. To change it, email us as soon as possible: this is possible until the order goes into production.
